It’s a great way to enjoy football while emphasizing skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Q: Is there any contact allowed in NFL Flag Football?
A: No, the first rule of flag football is straightforward: there’s no contact allowed. This includes tackling, diving, blocking, and screening. The game focuses on agility and strategy, with players pulling flags to stop the ball carrier instead of making physical tackles.
